First sparkling wine of D.O. Empordà, launched onto the market in 2009.
Tasting note: it is pale yellow with green and gold-coloured reflections, in the cup it produces a fine bubble that draws a rosary that ends up forming a consistent foam crown. It smells fruity and fresh. It taste is balanced, flavourful and creamy, with a good aromatic persistence and fruit notes.
Gastronomy: this wine is perfect to combining with salted hors d’oeuvres, cold meat, seafood and greasy meat, because the dioxide and the acidity clean the palate. It is also good with desserts and fish. In fact, it's a good company for almost everything.
Production: quality sparkling wine made according to the traditional method of cava or champenoise, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle which retains the dioxide and gives the aromatic nuances. It is made with macabeo and white garnacha, the most typical white varieties of the Empordà.
