DESCRIPTION: Artisan cured cheese. It is white.

COMPOSITION: Pasteurized goat's milk, lactic ferments, curd and salt.

CURATION: Three weeks.

TEXTURE: Smooth and creamy

AROMA: Slightly peppered.

TASTE: Nice and smooth, a little spicy because of the pepper.

PRESENTATION: Covered crust with a layer of black pepper cut into pieces, which is protected with a micro-perforated and shrink plastic-wrap.

WEIGHT: 0.35 Kg

CONSERVATION: 4-6 ºC.
