DESCRIPTION: Artisan cured cheese. It is white, but it becomes straw colour when it ripens.
COMPOSITION: Pasteurized goat's milk, lactic ferments, curd and salt.
CURATION: At least three weeks.
TEXTURE: Smooth and creamy.
AROMA: Subtle, not strong.
TASTE: Smooth and nice.
PRESENTATION: Mouldy crust (natural fungus), grey, smooth and thin.
WEIGHT: 0,35 Kg
DIAMETER: 9 cm, 10,5 cm, 15 cm.
HEIGHT: 5 cm, 5,5 cm, 8 cm, no OGM.
CONSERVATION: 4º-6 º C.
COMBINATION: Red wine.
