It's a very meaty mushroom. The hat looks like a small pillow and has a colour between dark brown and black, the bottom of the hat has small pores, white or yellowish, and it can measure more than 20cm. The foot is hard and solid, and it can be pumped. The foot sometimes presents a decoration in the form of net. Time of the year: from June to November. Habitat: oak woods, cork oaks and holm-oak woods. We recommend it with risottos, pasta, meat, carpaccio.
