• Cold meat similar to white sausage but much more sweet and with an intense flavour. It is ideal to cook.
Suggestions and food & wine:
• Ideal to condiment stews, such as pot peas. Cut into dice, you can also add it at the end of the dish.
• Accompanied of calçots with romesco sauce and combined with a young Priorat.
• It combines very well with full-bodied wines, such as Priorat, Conca de Barberà o Terra Alta.
