Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. If your order has not been sent yet, we will refund you the total amount.

If it has already been sent, you will need to return your order. In this case, once you received the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect conditions, we will proceed to reimburse the money to your credit card. However, keep in mind that you will have to pay shipping of the return. The maximum period to cancel an order is 7 working days from it is received.
